At Artgressions, we are dedicated to delivering unique, hand-painted artwork safely to your door. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Processing time is the duration it takes for us to create, prepare, and package your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. This is separate from the shipping time.

Ready-Made Products: Orders for items already in stock are processed within 1 to 5 business days.

Personalized & Hand-Painted Orders: As these items are painted by artist Rime Sbai specifically for you, they require time for creation and drying. Please allow 7 business days for processing before these items are shipped.
Note: Processing time involves business days only (Monday–Friday) and does not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: These are estimated transit times provided by our carriers. Actual delivery can vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or peak seasons.
3. International Shipping and Customs
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Artgressions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure about these potential fees.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@artgressions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at rime.sbai.art@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will address these on a case-by-case basis.

Lost: If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is lost in transit by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim.
